Parents of children in Treffos Nursery and early years were challenged to read simple story books written in an alien script. Just like a child picking up their first book! Later they enacted
Letterland stories in order to see how phonics are taught. This was all part of an interactive workshop for parents to enable them to support their child's reading development really effectively.

Very informative evening.
It was a very nice evening. Every time I go to one of these events it makes me realise how pleased I am that my son goes to Treffos. I think the staff are delightful and it gives me such joy to watch all the children run into school each morning.
